Key responsibilities Coordinate building and facility related requests across multiple sites and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Provide excellent customer service and administration support to the wider team, ensuring the team can deliver their key functions and responsibilities.Who we're looking for A background in facilities management, general administration, and customer service.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated with a flexible working style.A full, clean NZ drivers' licence is required.If you have the skills and experience we need for this unique and exciting opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

You must:
Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 yearsOR
Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada, or Australia for at least 10 years.
Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearanceOrdinarily, this means you'll have a 15-year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.The NZIC treats all applications for employment in the strictest confidence and we expect that you maintain a similar level of confidentiality during the recruitment process and throughout your career.
