By helping them identify their aspirations and objectives, you will provide valuable assistance to help them achieve their goals.
Your role will involve delivering adaptable facilitation services that respond effectively to evolving community engagement.Your key responsibilities will include:Engaging in one-on-one work with individuals with disabilities and long-term health needs to facilitate employment opportunities.Assisting young people with disabilities who are preparing to leave school by guiding them through the next steps.Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with individuals accessing our services, colleagues, potential employers, local communities, and other social and disability service providers.
Nga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bringYou will be friendly, personable and someone who genuinely likes working alongside people.You will have exceptional communication skills along with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.Minimum NZQA Level 5 qualification (essential)A genuine desire and commitment to an inclusive community and wants to assist in facilitating in making this happen.Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate with a range of people.Holds a full valid New Zealand driver's license.
