Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to organise and coordinate all aspects of the delivery of learning and development initiatives within Te Whatu Ora, specifically within the DST area, aligned to the Organisational Culture and Development (OC&D) Strategy.
This role sets the OC&D team up for success in delivering training and development programmes, providing resources and learning experiences, and enhancing learners' experience, to support the delivery of Te Pae Tata.
Experience (in the range of 3+ years) in a project or programme coordinator role or similar, preferably in a large organisation.Experience in learning management and coordination and learning management or HR information systems (desirable)Demonstrates willingness, and ability, to build constructive relationships with colleagues and others to enable and assist with the delivery of work to achieve desired outcomes.Experience in supporting office management and the development of and adherence to office proceduresA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions. This includes an understanding of the significance of and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the ability to apply Te Tiriti principles in a meaningful way in this roleCompetency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthKo te mahi e tika ana mo te ao hurihuri nei |Work that suits today's ever -changing world Te Whatu Ora supports flexible and hybrid working for our kaimahi.
