About Us Pengelly Engineers is Auckland's leading residential steel fabricator, and we want an experienced Fabricator/ Welder. Our company has been going for 35 years, and we offer variety and a good work-life balance. About the Role You will preferably be Trade Certified in Engineering. You will be a ticketed welder, an all-rounder who can MIG, TIG, structural, stainless and aluminum weld.You will be able to read workshop drawings and have a high level of accuracy.What you need to be successful:Have a consistently high standard of work Be motivated and willing to work closely with Managers and others.Show initiative, and problem-solving skills.Have experience managing a team and mentoring quality.Have experience planning workflow, maximizing efficiency and ensuring on-time deliveries.Be reliable, committed, and honest with a positive attitude.Be courteous and respectful to clients and staff.Outstanding communication and verbal English skillsBe physically fit, self-motivated and a team player with a great work ethic.
