MIG and TIG welding to a high standard, ensuring suitability for the end application.Ownership of Work: Take responsibility for your jobs, ensuring all work leaving the factory meets the required specifications and quality standards.Time Management: Ensure work is completed within allocated timeframes, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and perform first-line maintenance on equipment as needed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth workflow, timely dispatch, and the success of each job.
