Fabricator/Cladding Specialist

Job Description: JJMJ Limited is currently seeking to hire three professional and experienced Fabricators/Cladding Specialists. This role will be based in Auckland - predominantly working on various projects we have over the next few years.   Duties will include but are not limited to: •      Understanding Health and Safety requirements. ·         Working effectively as part of the team. ·         Being focused on work and attention to detail. •      Reading job sheets to confirm specification, sizes and quantities. •      Using hand tools, flame-cutting torches or machines to make, cut, shape, weld, bend, repair or join components. •      Examining components and parts for faults and mistakes in order to remedy problems before faulty products are produced. •      Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.   Skills / Qualifications Required: This is not an entry-level job, so we do require experienced individuals. At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience, with a special focus on fabrication and cladding, is mandatory and so are excellent references. An ability to do your job with minimal supervision will be key to succeeding in this role. Flexibility to travel between sites and work on the weekend is also expected due to the nature of the role.  Please note these are full-time permanent roles with at least 30 hours per week Work Rights: You must be a New Zealand citizen/resident or be able to secure a work visa before commencement.
