With this in mind, we are excited to be embarking on a new venture, bringing fabrication of gates for the South Island market in-house!
We are now looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead this new venture under the direction of our National Operations Manager.
As the Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and undertaking the fabrication of aluminium gates in Invercargill.
Initially, you will come on board to assist in setting up the workshop and establish good processes, before being involved in the recruitment of a Fabricator to assist in the ongoing production under your direction.
About you Ideally, you will have experience in a fabrication-based role, with knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
You will enjoy establishing systems and processes and be confident in leading and motivating others to meet production targets.
Your ability to organise and eye for detail will both be put to good use in this role!
