Their work is greatly varied, and no two days will be the same, including a mix of onsite and workshop fabrication.We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Foreman to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to support the team on the tools in addition to managing workflow, mentoring, and ensuring the smooth running of the workshop.To be successful in this role you must be / have:A trade qualified experienced Foreman with the ability to lead and motivate teams.Efficient time management and the ability to plan and organise workload for the team.Self-motivated and ability to work safely and unsupervised.Ability to complete jobs to a high standard (no shortcuts).Sound understanding of health & safety.Experience in working with mild steel and stainless.Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.Highly organised and someone who prides themselves on attention to detail and accuracy.Adaptable and flexible with a can-do attitude.This role is sure to keep you engaged with no two days the same.
The diverse daily tasks required will include:Fabrication and welding.A mix of site and workshop-based work.Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys.You will be joining a company with the following values: Excellence, Caring, Creative, Profitable, Approachable, Organised, and Transparent.
