Responsible for the daily operations of the venue and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in all frontline areas, as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures. Gaming experience and high service standards are key requirements for this role.Do you measure up?Are you an experienced Duty Manager with at least 2+ years experience, plus;Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skillsLCQ(NZ) and Managers Certificate (NZ)A demonstrated passion for service and all things food and beverageSound knowledge of Hotel industry and hospitality trends more generallyThe ability to actively mentor and develop potential leaders within the team and foster an environment of growth and professionalismThe ability to create, implement and monitor operational systems and proceduresStrong communication skills and professionalismAbout the role:Staff managementCustomer enquiries and/or complaintsEnforcing and advocating hotel Policies and ProceduresBeing a positive team-focused individual who leads by exampleKeno, TAB and Pokies experience beneficialAt Atlas People, we believe that people come first.
