Job Tasks & Responsibilities Deliver industry-leading F45 high-intensity group training classes.Motivate members during their training session and provide encouragement.Inspire and promote an energetic environment.Welcome members by name and build rapport.
Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology.Ensure members are using the correct form at all times.Continue to build the community culture of the studio.Attend to any injuries suffered by members.
As well as the ability to accommodate members restrictions with exercises and offer suitable regressions.Ensure the studio is kept clean and tidy.A willingness to work flexible hours.Skills & Experience: Experience in delivering group fitness sessions.Excellent verbal skills- in particular, the ability to command a large group efficiently and effectively.Willingness to work flexible hours, in particular, early mornings and evenings.Ability to motivate members.Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards members.Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with members.Self-motivated and goal orientated.Passionate, enthusiastic and genuinely motivated to improve the lives of others.Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to movement patterns.Culture & Benefits: Opportunity for growth as we grow our business.Ongoing mentoring opportunities.Commitment to work-life balance Training provided on F45 product and technology.Small, motivated team to work in.Great support network within the F45 Group.Free F45 Marshland Membership to attend classes.Qualifications/Requirements: Certificate 4 in Fitness (Diploma or degree desirable).Current First Aid and CPR.A willingness to continue learning and upskilling.
