Working remotely Saturday to Wednesday 5pm – 2am, this is a fixed term contract ending early June 2025 covering parental leave.
Our Customer Protection team here at Kiwibank protects our customers, people, operations, and reputation by lessening the impact of financial crime.
In this role you will identify and analyse fraud trends, processes, update customer cases and educate customers on fraud prevention.
Working with specific fraud detection tools, you will help prevent, detect, and investigate fraud and scams when you find it.
You will liaise directly with customers, internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure that fraudulent and suspicious activity is minimised.

Ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines and great attention to detail.
Confident and capable in relaying information both verbally and in writing.
Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL understanding.
Previous experience using PRM, or similar fraud detection system would be useful.
