About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Exterior Plasterer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to excel in the trades and manufacturing industry, specifically in Painting and Plastering.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply exterior plaster, stucco, or other finishes to buildings and structures
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing substrates
Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or rendering in accordance with specifications
Ensure high-quality and precise finishes on all projects
Carry out repairs to existing plaster and paint work
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as an exterior plasterer or similar role
Strong knowledge of plastering materials, techniques, and tools; in particular we are looking for someone comfortable with using modified plaster
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
