Our expert Clinicians and Consultants provide high-quality services to enhance workforce performance and promote workplace wellbeing.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking experienced clinicians to join our network of external contractors. Our Clinicians provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support to clients through virtual short-term consultations. This role offers the flexibility to work on a casual basis, handling clinical consultations as they arise.ABOUT YOUTo thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical or case management rolesTertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or counsellingRegistration with a professional body e.g. AHPRA, ASSW, ACA or PACFA (Level 3 minimum)Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtainProven background in providing counselling, critical incident response, and comprehensive case management.Proficiency in managing and conducting virtual clinical consultationsSkill in developing clinical presentations utilising effective solutions focused therapyFamiliarity with Employee Assistance Programs would be highly regardedExperience using digital platforms and systems for consultations and case management.Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsREADY FOR YOUR NEXT CAREER MOVE?If you're interested in joining our network of Clinicians, please submit your Expression of Interest (EOI).
