With kiosks in our check-in areas you will provide technical assistance and expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from Check in through to boarding. You will also provide support with looking after our high volume of unaccompanied minors traveling which will see you escorting our young travellers to and from their various check points. You also need to be fit! Our team can walk up to 8km in one shift around the airport. You will also be required to assist with pushing wheelchairs and lifting bags at any given time! Safety and Security are top priority and you'll have comprehensive training & support to ensure you, your colleagues and customers are safe in this fast paced environment.You'll need:Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand (NZ/AU citizen or NZ permanent resident) at time of application.Must have NZ Full Licence (at time of application) as well as reliable transport to get yourself to workAt least 2 years' experience in a customer facing roleTechnically savvy with the ability to pick up and troubleshoot technical systems and accurate typing skillsFully available for rotating rostered shift work (as detailed below)Fun and engaging attitude and a great smile!Resilient, organised, and able to prioritize effectivelyBeing Bilingual is not essential but beneficial - we are seeking French and Mandarin speakers to support our customer airlines!Rostered Shifts:Change is a constant in this role and we are looking for people who have the commitment and flexibility to work in this type of environment.The Airport operates 24 hours 7 days, and you are required to work rostered shifts which rotate and change. Rotating shifts are rostered across Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Shifts can range from 3 hours to 10 hours. Our rosters are set fortnightly and part time CSA's work a minimum of 50 hours per fortnight to 70 hours per fortnight. Overtime can be available additional to this but is not guaranteed. You must be able to commit to a 6 days on, 3 days off roster pattern.
