In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate with businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that drive their success.You will also be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, ensuring our clients receive seamless recruitment services, and oversee our recruitment cycle: from candidate sourcing to placement. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall performance and growth of Alignz Recruitment.This is a varied role where you will be responsible for:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, understanding their unique challenges and goals to provide customized recruitment solutions.Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand service offerings, and collaborate with the Business Development team to grow our client base. A proven track record in sales or a strong desire to excel in a sales-oriented role is essential.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue and growth targets, while consistently tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize client interactions, streamline processes, and ensure successful candidate placements.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for client engagement and business growth.
