We are currently recruiting for an Export Specialist reporting to our Warehousing & Logistics Manager based at our Head Office in Mangere Bridge but also required to work from our manufacturing site based in Paerata on a regular basis. The purpose of this position is to ensure that all export documentation and supply chain orders are processed and reported on as per agreed requirements within the MPI regulations and to ensure efficiency in the company's export logistics system by working with customers both internal and external, providing them with the necessary documentation to meet deadlines for exporting product.
About the Role:
Export Processing and Administration - following the correct procedures to ensure all documentation and process is correct and administered in a timely manner.
Stock Movements - Ensure all stock movements are updated accurately with comprehensive stock movements files. Control and record all dairy stock movements, ensuring all dairy transactions are traceable to MPI required standards.
Inventory Management - produce inventory reports identifying key issues and actions. Monitor and manage expiry materials to minimise overall write off cost.
About You:
We require the following skills and experience:
Experience in a similar position, dealing with export documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in export documentation and administration.
Previous dairy industry experience preferred to do this role or you may have meat industry experience.
Good relationship and interpersonal skills.
