About the Role
Due to expanding opportunities in the Pacific Island territories, McAlpine Hussmann Limited are seeking a proven sales and projects professional to join our Export Division.
The position will be responsible for the practical approach in attaining new business and supporting and growing sales revenue in the export business within the designated Pacific Island territory, through strong business development to achieve the agreed annual growth targets.
Work with existing and new customers to promote the growth of the company and delivery of sales targets leveraging our extensive range of products which include our Tauranga case manufacturing capability, commercial refrigeration products, Panasonic refrigeration and air conditioning products, and other food service product categories.
We are seeking someone who possesses the below experience and attributes:
Ability to seek out new opportunities, relentlessly focus on the customer requirements, present solutions to customers, leverage partnerships within Hussmann and Panasonic, and be fully engaged with the team while thinking like an owner.
Management of active projects within the export market and preparing RFPs will also be a requirement.
Auckland-based, who is willing to conduct extensive travel to achieve targeted call cycles across this diverse territory.
Experience managing projects and dealing with food.
Experience in sales, estimating, and negotiation.
Experience with services and refrigeration products will be an advantage to the successful candidate.
