As Export Logistics Executive , you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. The Role Build trusted relationships within your portfolio of global customers, managing their export orders from start to finish: Receive customer orders and process them in our system Engage with varied customers, from customers based in Australia and the Pacific Islands through to Asia Liaise with our freight forwarding providers, warehousing and production teams to make it happen Be pro-active in following up to ensure our customers receive their products on time Administration around orders, invoices and pulling reports About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Customer obsession: our customers will be at the heart of everything you do Collaboration: the ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver great outcomes Action Orientated: your persistence and ability to make it happen will be critical Communicates Effectively: deliver clear and concise communication both written and verbally.
