This position is fulltime and permanent, the successful candidate will be based from our Vulcan site in Mosgiel.
We are looking for an experienced store person to join our morning team. Hours are Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5pm with opportunities for overtime.
We require you to be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential as this role requires close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Minimum Requirements: Forklift licence
Good level of physical fitness – this is a physical job
Good attention to detail
Ability to work overtime if required
Team player
Good sense of humour
Minimum full class 1 drivers licence ideally a class 2
Intermediate level of skill with technology
Excellent understanding and adherence to health & safety procedures
Gantry crane experience would be ideal
