In this role, you will be committed to delivering excellent Customer Service - from serving customers, looking after food service, dispensing coffees, processing sales, merchandising & stocktaking, taking dips, housekeeping, and offering forecourt services.

Job Location: South Taranaki
Job Hours: 32 Hours minimum.
Duration: Mornings/Evenings 5 days a week, must be flexible to work weekends or any Public Holidays as per business requirements.

We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to manage and oversee all operations. It is a full-time permanent position, and the successful applicant will be required to manage the entire store. Applicant should have at least 3 years of Managerial work experience.
Some of the Job Responsibilities will include:
Oversee, plan & manage operations
Accurate stock control, cash handling, shift balances, and banking processes.
Staff management including recruitment & coaching, training, and supervision
Make decisions on all products sold and services offered with the goal of maximizing station revenue.
Plan and prepare staff rosters & manage payroll
Resolve staff grievances
Handle customer complaints.
Budgeting and reviewing of the policies and prices
Ensure that the business meets its legal obligations
Pay Range: $24/hr - $25/hr - based on experience
