Experienced Property Manager

We are looking for a mature, confident and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude to join our small team at Ray White Tuakau. PLEASE NOTE - You must specialise and have experience (preferably 5+ years) in residential property management services, as you will be working as the sole property manager within our company.The Property Manager will be responsible for their own property portfolio, managing the day-to-day tasks, including addressing owner and tenants' concerns, conducting inspections of properties, liaising with trade people to organise maintenance/repairs, advertising properties and various other duties.The role requires a competent individual willing to grow and develop our rent roll whilst having a sound understanding of all aspects of tenancy (RTA, etc).The successful applicant will be:Well-presented and willing to learnEnthusiastic and self-motivatedWell-organised, numerate and literateThorough, flexible, resilient, accurate and reliableInterested in residential propertyThe successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:Skill and accuracy in data entry and typingA good command of the English language, both written and spokenHigh attention to detailA friendly phone and personal mannerAn ability to handle stressful situationsAn ability to multi-taskAn ability to work alone but also within a team environmentA professional standard of dressAn understanding of the importance of customer serviceComputer literacy, with experience in using property management-specific systems (such as Palace).Your application will include the following questions:How many years of residential property management experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How would you rate your English language skills?Do you have data entry experience?Do you have experience in administration?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?What's your expected annual base salary?
