Our dynamic "Team Blue" embodies a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence, constantly aiming higher to set industry standards.  Job Purpose:   The Project Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Community Developments team in Whangarei, not only in helping them manage the projects they must deliver, but to help the team build and establish a new "Work Home" out of the new Whangarei office building.  This is a hybrid position which demands a seasoned who thrives in fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is happy being the lynch pin of project and office administration support to construction projects.  Key Responsibilities:   Project Coordination: Assist in planning and implementation of projects. Ensure that all aspects of the projects are organised as per the project and construction manager's requirements.  Documentation Management: Handle project documents, including contracts, plans, and reports. Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and adheres to company standards.  Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Maintain clear and consistent communication lines to ensure effective information flow.  Schedule Management: Work with the Program Delivery Manager and the Northland Construction Manager to organise schedules, meetings, and appointments. Ensure deadlines are met and communicate any changes or updates in project timelines.  Budget Assistance: Assist the relationship and information flow between the project and construction manager and the QS team by understanding monthly dates and information updates to the budget an ensure the information is timely and correct. Quality Assurance: Uphold the company's commitment to high-quality output by ensuring all project communications, information and documentation meets our standards.  Safety Compliance: Manage the safety administration of projects managed by the Northland team.  Qualifications and Experience:   3 – 5 years of experience in project management administration, preferably in either the residential or commercial construction industry.  Procore super user status would be highly desirable.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including teams, SharePoint, and other project management software.  Experience working in a functional matrix organisation structure where regional support is managed with the systems, processes and compliance standards of the overall company.
