Experienced Pharmacy Retail Assistant

Previous pharmacy/retail experience with a good knowledge of Pharmacy products is essential.
Be able to provide excellent customer service, self-manage and work independently, have a strong work ethic and be punctual and reliable.Mainly managing the store front, the successful applicant will be responsible for general medicine, gift and beauty sales, as well as be confident with supporting the dispensary with prescription customer enquiries.
Experience with TONIQ computer programme is advantageous.The successful candidate will:Greet customers in store and provide top notch customer service.Be friendly, outgoing and empathetic.Have an excellent telephone manner and be able to assist customers with general queries over the phone.Process transactions at the cash register accurately and efficiently.Manage inventory – replenishing and rotating stock as well as merchandising the front shop.Maintain a clean and tidy retail space.Have a high standard of grooming and be physically fit.Hold a full drivers licence (desirable).Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Apply online for this role or contact Kaaryn Limmer for more information.
