We prioritise a seamless and supportive experience, guiding customers through each step of securing the right loan.As our team continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced personal lending consultant to join our customer-centric team.About the Role: In this role, you will manage multiple personal loan enquiries daily. You'll work with prospective customers over the phone to understand their financial needs, verify their information, and evaluate credit data. You will identify which lender offers the best match for each customer's needs, facilitating a fast, hassle-free settlement.Key Responsibilities:Assess and analyse personal loan applications swiftly and accurately to ensure they meet lender criteria.Evaluate creditworthiness of customers through credit applications and reports.Assist with verification and validation of credit application details.Manage loan documentation and guide clients through signing, providing necessary information to finalise loans.Oversee the loan process from initial enquiry to completion, following all documentation and compliance procedures.Deliver exceptional customer service to reinforce our reputation for integrity and customer care.Skills, Attributes, and Experience:Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.Outgoing, relationship-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.Professional communication abilities and strong negotiation skills.Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.Quick-thinking, responsive, and organised, with a commitment to high-quality work.Confident and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving customer-focused sales.Excellent telephone manner and written communication.Prior experience in personal lending, finance brokering, or consumer lending operations.Experience with vehicle finance or personal loan underwriting is advantageous.Additional Information:Flexible work arrangements available.Competitive remuneration to be discussed upon successful application.If you meet the essential requirements and are ready to take on this rewarding opportunity, please apply with your resume and cover letter by clicking the "APPLY" button below.Please Note: Only applicants with a current working visa or permanent residency in NZ will be considered for this position.
