Smart Solution Homes is a modular home builder located in Helensville looking for experienced/LBP builders to join our team in the new year.We have contracts secured to supply modular housing to various locations around the north island.We are looking for a reliable, hard working builder to help us achieve the delivery dates on these projects. You will be working in a controlled environment, so no more dirty sites, no scaffold to climb, no wet or hot weather days. Most of the work is at one place, so no more driving through traffic between multiple sites.Responsibilities:Complete building tasks to meet project delivery dates.Work collaboratively with other tradesmen, apprentices, and labourers.Minimum Requirements:Must have your own tools.Full driver's licence and reliable transport.Ability to work well with a team.NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Please email your CV; no phone calls will be taken.
