As we continue to get busier, we are seeking talented Chefs to help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring top-quality menu items.Prep and cook dishes with precision, maintaining our high culinary standards.Work independently with our recipe book and contribute creative flair.Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.Collaborate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.Ensure adherence to hygiene and allergy awareness protocols. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef.Experience in Pacifica/Asian fusion cuisine is advantageous but not essential.Exceptional knife skills and mastery of culinary techniques.Culinary qualifications preferred but not required for highly experienced candidates.Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment.Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including daytime and evening.Availability for an immediate start.
