Do you have previous experience filleting fish? We have an industry leading client who is looking for experienced knife hands to fillet fish. We're searching for experienced Knife Hands to join our client's team and play a vital role in delivering top-quality cuts to their customers. If you have a passion for precision and food safety, keep reading! Location: Mount Wellington, Auckland. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process various types of fish for customers, ensuring top-quality cuts. Weigh and portion fish according to customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards. Follow all safety and food handling protocols to ensure compliance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results. Ensure the highest quality products are delivered to customers, both for export and local markets. About You: Proven experience as a Knife Hand, with strong knife skills. Must have experience with fish/seafood specifically.  Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail. Strong team player with effective communication skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning starts.
