We take pride in being the best recruitment company to work for, we look after our people from lunch shouts, paying for upskilling, worker of the week cash bonuses, and the rest!Key Responsibilities:Operate excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.Work around utilities and other services, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Conducting Final Trim, Benching & Drainage work.Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.Adhere to all safety regulations and practices.Requirements:Final Trim, Benching & Drainage excavator operator.Experience working around underground services.WTR (Wheels, Tracks and Rollers) certification required.Class 2 driver's license preferred but not essential.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive rates $40PH +, big hours, 6 days a week.Opportunities for professional development and training.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Ongoing assignment with the opportunity to become permanent with a growing civil construction company.Contract rates available.How to Apply:If you meet these requirements and have immediate availability, get in contact with me ASAP.
