We're seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team and help deliver an unforgettable experience to our valuable customers.Qualifications:Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication abilities.A great understanding of beer styles and taste profiles.Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Manager's Licence preferred but not essential.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.Manage staff effectively, including training and performance management.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.Support management in achieving financial targets and implementing promotional strategies.If you fit the mould and want to join a fun and driven team, please apply!Apply online for this role or contact Kieran O'Malley for more information.
