This will suit a hands-on person who has a problem-solving brain and good attention to detail. You will like working with equipment/machinery and have a good mathematical ability. You will be responsible for programming and setting up the machine, monitoring the workflow of the machine, and identifying and reporting any issues. We would like the operator to have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on a CNC Laser/Plasma in a manufacturing capacity, preferably with experience in Stainless Steel.

You will need to be: Reliable Able to work overtime when required (overtime available) Night shift role - Mon to Thu - 2pm - 12am (Note: Training will be a couple of weeks day shift 6am - 2pm Mon-Fri) Have a full class 1 licence and transport to and from work A competitive hourly rate is on offer depending on the level of experience We pay time and a half for any overtime hours above 40hrs. Experienced with Gantry Crane operation Forklift experience preferable Intermediate level ability with documentation completion Ability to work unsupervised Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines Basic to medium computer skills Role is available for an immediate start and as part of the recruitment process, we will conduct a pre-employment drug screen.
