Experienced Carpenter

We (JP HOMES NZ LTD ) are looking for an experienced carpenter, based in Mount Wellington. Key Skills Proven experience as a carpenter Hands on building experience Knowledge of building methods and materials Skilled in finishing and fit-out work Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and good at working as part of a team A full driver's licence or working towards one   Responsibilities Foundations and slab New Architectural build Finishing Carpenter  Below ground builds   Timber/Steel wall and floor framing  Install trim, moulding, windows and other various finishing work Exterior cladding Installing cabinets Hanging doors Framing rooms wrap, baton and clad Hang drywall/ gib as needed Install floors, including wood floors, carpeting, concrete and other flooring types If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please attach your CV.
