Type: Full-Time (minimum 35 hours per week) Wage Range: $25-$35 per hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: Early start time from 3:30 AM Job Description: As an Experienced Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency in every product.
Your daily tasks will include: Preparing doughs and batters for breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Measuring and mixing ingredients with precision according to recipes.
Operating bakery equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and proofers, safely and efficiently.
Monitoring baking times and temperatures to produce high-quality items.
Decorating cakes, pastries, and other items as required.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations.
Maintaining inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and reporting shortages.
Adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Collaborating with the team to meet customer demands and maintain a steady production schedule.
Requirements: At least one year of relevant work experience as a baker in a commercial setting.
Familiarity with various baking techniques and recipes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
Ability to work early shifts (starting at 3:30 AM).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Good physical stamina to handle long periods of standing and lifting.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
