Lead the operational management of the University's information hub & enquiries management function.Mo te tuka | The roleLead the operational management of the University's information hub and enquiries management functions which provide professional and welcoming services to prospects, students and the public.This role is responsible for a team of permanent and casual staff who utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide first-contact enquiries resolution and pastoral care triaging support in alignment with recruitment and retention goals.Some tasks of the role include:Service management - prospects, students, whanau and the public experience quality and responsive first-contact services.Recruitment & retention - student recruitment and retention goals are supported through the delivery of comprehensive CRM-driven enquiries management, professional pastoral care support and innovative student experience initiatives.Team leadership - ensuring your team puts students at the heart of everything and services are always conducted to a high standard.This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week based at our Lincoln Campus.
