Experienced Knife Hand Required Location: Mt Wellington Hours: Sunday – Friday, 8:00 pm – 4:30 am (40 hours/week) Pay Rate: $25 - $27 p/hr, paid weekly We are looking for an Experienced Knife Hand to join our team in Mt Wellington. This role offers a potential permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Filleting/Trimming fish, including Snapper, Tarakihi, Orange Roughy, Ruby, and Ling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Clear understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices. Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean police record.
