You will also:Use human-centred design approaches to shape and define the value/data exchange between the business and the user across touch points, time, and channelsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for experience improvementsHands-on design across the broader design spectrum, including research and interface design.Who we are looking forThe ideal fit for this role would be a hands-on designer with breadth of knowledge across the broader design spectrum, including research, interface design and depth of expertise, particularly in service design.You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Bachelor Degree in a related field5+ Years of UX/UI/Product/Service design experienceStrong facilitation and cross functional collaboration skills – co-creating solutions with designers, developers, and stakeholdersProficiency with tools: Figma, Adobe suite, Atlassian software, Lucid Chart/Spark (Miro), Optimal Workshop (or other research tools)Understanding of business requirements and technical logic and how that applies to designExperience planning and conducting UX research – User/stakeholder interview, workshops, Usability testing, gathering user feedbackKnowledge of design system, information architecture and accessibilityBe able to commit to the full 12-month fixed term.What we can offer youWe love working together to create a new energy future.
