We are seeking a Senior Theatre Nurse with experience in General and Orthopaedic surgical nursing to join our dynamic Theatre team.This is a permanent, full time role (but part time will be considered) working a mix of 8, 9, 10 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday with very occasional Saturday work available.As a Senior Registered Nurse, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to the forefront, leading by example to provide exceptional, patient-focused care.As a key nurse within the Operating Theatre, to be successful in this role you will need:To be highly experienced in the Perioperative environment and ready to step into a key nurse roleA desire to develop into a leadership positionExceptional relationship and communication skillsExceptional patient and customer service aptitudeA can do attitude with a quality focus and a commitment to delivering best practice, patient careFlexibility to work extra hours as requiredAbility to work well within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary teamA current New Zealand Practicing certificateAt Kensington Private Hospital, we are committed to supporting and investing in our staff's personal and professional growth and development.
