PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support person to work within the Office of the Chief Executive and Chair to provide assistance to the Executive Assistant and Principal Advisor, ensuring the office is running smoothly and efficiently. This full-time role is based in our central, modern office in Cuba Mall.We're looking for an enthusiastic person who is well-organised, approachable, energetic, flexible and has a high level of personal integrity.About the role:In this new role of Executive Support, you will be pivotal in supporting our small team of the Office of the CE and Chair to be able to undertake their leadership and governance responsibilities across the organisation and the Greater Wellington region. Being customer focussed you will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, including liaising with staff, councillors and members of the public, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality. This is a diverse role, and activities can change quickly, so you'll need to be happy to go with the flow whilst delivering your must do activities each day. And, above all that - we like to have a laugh so a sense of humour is a must!You will also work collaboratively with Executive Assistants across Greater Wellington to provide seamless support across the organisation.Skills and experience required:To be successful in this role you will have:Proven experience working in an assistant/support role, with an understanding of the requirements of office co-ordination.Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of people at all levels.
