This is an incredible opportunity to join our awesome, small impactful and collaborative team.We are looking for an Executive Support; someone who is warm, easy-going, confident, who is pro-active and remains calm under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills, be IT savvy and able to work efficiently and manage competing priorities. The role is not always a typical 9:00am-5:00pm job and some afterhours and weekend work may be required. Nimbleness is a must; super-organised is a must; some travel may be required and a can-do attitude!You will be responsible for:Full diary management and ensuring that priorities and changes are managed effectivelyAll travel and accommodation arrangements for the DirectorManaging and drafting correspondence on behalf of the DirectorWorking as part of a team to support the overall needs of Te WhareSecretariat support for meetings and Committees the Director is the ChairpersonHandling confidential and sensitive information with careNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
