Job DescriptionTo administer the undergraduate degree programme, namely BEng IPM and BSc PFM, in order to ensure the smooth execution of programme related processes including internship, student exchange, examinations, award of scholarship and prizes, etc.Provide support to the Deputy Head (Academic), Programme Director and Deputy Programme Director to manage the programme's related matters.Manage the administration of the programme that includes examinations, scholarships and awards, student exchange, etc.Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to secure internship and employment opportunities for students.Support outreach and publicity efforts including orientation, programme briefings, marketing collaterals, social media contents, etc.Provide administrative support to the Department as and when assigned.Job RequirementsA recognized degree in any discipline, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.Able to multi-task, work independently, and be a good team player.Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Analytical, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.Proficient in MS Office applications and IT-savvy.More InformationLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: College of Design and EngineeringDepartment: The Built EnvironmentEmployee Referral Eligible:Job requisition ID: 26419
