Executive/ Senior Executive (Dept of the Built Environment) (25032)Executive/ Senior Executive (Dept of the Built Environment) (25032) National University Of Singapore, Central Region Research & Fellowships (Education & Training) To administer the undergraduate degree programme, namely BEng IPM and BSc PFM, in order to ensure the smooth execution of programme related processes including internship, student exchange, examinations, award of scholarship and prizes, etc.• Provide support to the Deputy Head (Academic), Programme Director and Deputy Programme Director to manage the programme's related matters.• Manage the administration of the programme that include examinations, scholarships and awards, student exchange, etc.• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to secure internship and employment opportunities for students.• Support outreach and publicity efforts including orientation, programme briefings, marketing collaterals, social media contents, etc• Provide administrative support to the Department as and when assigned.Job Requirements• A recognized degree in any discipline, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience• Able to multi-task, work independently and a good team player• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills• Analytical, meticulous and able to work under pressure• Proficient in MS Office applications and IT-savvy.A leading global university centred in Asia, the National University of Singapore (NUS) offers a global approach to education and research, with a focus on Asian perspectives and expertise.
