Qualification Dip Experience 1 to 2 years Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities To work with marketing team to ensure product safety, environment, energy approval is ready prior to sales.
To resolve quality issues with assistance from factory and provide solution for technical teams.
Details as follow :- Product Approval/Certification Manage all product certifications Main point of contact for regulatory agencies (NEA, PUB, Enterprise Singapore, IMDA) Keep up-to-date with latest regulations regarding products Maintain and monitor product certification master file Check with Product Manager for renewal of product certifications Check with regulatory agencies for required certification for new product type launch Manage HS code and product code for products regulated by RoHS Technical Inquiry Answer technical inquiries from CIC/technicians Gather Customer's issues and feedback regarding product from Technicians/Contractors/Agents Liaison with factory for products solution Requirements Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent At least 1 year of experience in quality control Good management skill in quality control Strategy Reporting capability in PPT Ability to work independently and effectively Customer oriented, conscientious, presentable & a good team player Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) A fast learner who is able to work under pressure Able to commence work with short notice will be an added advantage Tel - Remarks Interested parties/candidates, please send updated resume in MS Word format, including:- (1) Expected salary (2) Reason(S) for leaving (3) Date of availability (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified) Target Recruitment Pte Ltd (MOM License No: 15C7744) MOM Regn No: R1112418 (RL) Job category 1 Customer Service/ Call Centres Telemarketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
