The agency Trust Board is seeking to appoint an Executive Officer to lead the implementation of the Trust vision and strategy.
We are seeking a credible and effective leader who is able to demonstrate an absolute commitment to the integrity of whanau and carries a sound understanding of effective social work practice alongside whanau and families.
With proven experience in teamwork and fostering a culture of kindness, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we are seeking someone able to manage staff, assets, contracts, finance, stakeholder relationships and communications. You must have the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships across iwi, government and community with a high level of personal integrity and reliability.
Salary Band: $120,000 - $140,000.
This person must:
