You will work closely with the Manager Psychological Services to support the team in the provision of their work and project activities.
This is a unique role working in a therapeutic community for supporting the rehabilitation of the people in our care.Nga kawenga | About the roleWith a keen eye for detail, you will be instrumental in supporting our business unit, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers across the country.
Possessing exceptional communication and organisational skills, your duties and responsibilities will be dynamic including:Supporting the Manager Psychological Services with enquiries such as, but not limited to Ministerial and Official Information Act requests, Privacy requests, and day to day operations.Co-ordination and management of therapeutic community events.Co-ordination and organisation of meetings, functions, seminars, and other events.Travel and expenses coordination.Health, Safety and Wellbeing representation.Budgeting and office purchasing, monthly reporting, presentations, reception duties and general correspondence.Equipment and facilities maintenance.Management of IT requests for the office.Maintaining and updating records, systems, and files.Developing office systems that enhance efficiencies and ensure legal and professional obligations are met.With your natural can-do attitude, you will quickly identify, address and resolve the needs of the service.
You will demonstrate competency in the MS suite of applications, be meticulous in the recording and maintaining of information and committed to delivering a high level of service to our organisation.If you can communicate well, organise effectively, multi-task to meet deadlines, and you are experienced in using computer software then apply now and become part of our team!You will need a full New Zealand driver licence for this role.The salary range for this role is $60,018 - $68,013, pro rata.
