When you join our team, you can expect to experience a real sense of belonging, be empowered with accountability, be recognised for your contribution, and get to collaborate with great people.What your day looks like:Site Management: Coordinate support services, parking, maintenance, and team logistics (awards, samples, deliveries) for Newmarket and Avondale sites.Event Management: Organize internal events, national/regional meetings, site activities, and ensure budget delivery for annual plans.Corporate social responsibility & charity activities: Manage partnerships, events, and coordinate donations.Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director and leadership team (expenses, POs, travel).Procurement Support: Handle vendor management, corporate purchase orders, invoice processing, and ad-hoc support as needed.The Ingredients for Success:Experience in facilities/event management and/or executive assistant tasks.Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.Strong communication skills across corporate, factory, and regionally based staff.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong planning, budgeting, and organisational skills.To Apply:If this sounds like your next opportunity, please follow the link and apply.We value diversity in our workforce.
