About the Role: As the Arnott's Group continues to transform the way we lead, work and build capabilities we are looking for someone who can support us on the journey and ensure our office, site, and events are an enabler to our success. You will be required to work at both our Newmarket office (4 days) and our Avondale facility (1 day).
What your day looks like: Site Management: Coordinate support services, parking, maintenance, and team logistics (awards, samples, deliveries) for Newmarket and Avondale sites.Event Management: Organize internal events, national/regional meetings, site activities, and ensure budget delivery for annual plans.Corporate social responsibility & charity activities: Manage partnerships, events, and coordinate donations.Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director and leadership team (expenses, POs, travel).Procurement Support: Handle vendor management, corporate purchase orders, invoice processing, and ad-hoc support as needed.The Ingredients for Success: Experience in facilities/event management and/or executive assistant tasks.Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.Strong communication skills across corporate, factory, and regionally based staff.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong planning, budgeting, and organisation skills.To Apply: If this sounds like your next opportunity, please follow the link and apply.
