Executive DirectorThe Executive Director plays a pivotal role in positively influencing the effectiveness and profile of the NZPSHA, promoting excellence and ensuring the Association has a national voice in the planning and delivery of elective surgery across Aotearoa.About the Role:Responsible for the overall management and performance of the operational and strategic objectives agreed by the Executive.Engage and communicate at all levels across the sector, implementing and/or promoting the sector's views and Executive positions while advancing the interests of NZPSHA and its members.Key Requirements:Tertiary qualification.Leadership roles with experience in the health sector.Confident and engaging personality.Exceptional communication skills.Achievement oriented with a strategic mindset.Clear and effective decision making.Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and prioritising urgent deadlines.Developing annual plans and financial budgets.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
