An ideal candidate will also feel comfortable working in a high-pressure office environment.Objectives of this roleOffer comprehensive assistance to CEO and senior staffMaintain clear communication channels throughout the officeProvide administrative support as needed in coordination with support staffAssist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationDevelop processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivityAssist with project management and deliverable execution, keeping team on track to meet key goalsCoordinate activities of the team to ensure organised and efficient workflowResponsibilitiesServe as liaison with staff, senior leaders, and CEOAssist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concernsSupport daily operations in collaboration with CEO and senior managers and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilitiesHandle inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with preparation and circulation of communicationsProcess executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiriesAssist with special projects as required in a support capacityArrange travel and accommodations as requiredCommunicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordinationRequired skills and qualificationsHighly organised and works well under pressureExperience in problem solving analysis and assessmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVersatile abilities and adaptability with extreme dedication to efficient productivityGood initiative skills and decision makingExperience working alongside others and offering support to achieve shared goalsExperience in an office environment or other professional settingAbility to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritising urgent and high-impact workAbility to think proactively and show initiativeAbility to exercise discretion with sensitive information, including client and employee dataPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field (but not necessary)Expert proofreading and editing skillsFamiliarity with common office softwareSelf-starter personality and intellectual curiosityStrong problem-solving abilityComfort working with top-level managerial staff
