This is a role at a large and diverse site, we have a large kitchen catering for up to 250+ pax, a large out-catering section, an Officers mess a with A la Carte menu . In addition we cater for large high profile formal dinners and we have an on- site café.The role is primarily Monday - Friday however business levels determine your weekly roster .Your responsibilities:organise and manage the kitchens within Trentham Military Basefollow best practice culinary standardsstay up to date with culinary market trends and competitorscross sector and function collaborationthe Executive Chef is responsible for providing great quality food & services that meet client expectationsidentify opportunities to improve culinary products/servicesthe management, development and training of all back of house team membersparticipating in the menu development processes and ensuring that all tasks associated with food production, transport and logistics are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulationsThis is an amazing opportunity working with some of the latest equipment available,.
