If so, we're looking for you to support our Managing Director in taking our cinema advertising company to new heights.About Us:We're a progressive cinema advertising company known for transforming theatre experiences and connecting brands with engaged audiences. We embrace creativity, innovation, and results-oriented teamwork to bring call to action messages to the big screen.Your Role:As the Executive Assistant to our Managing Director, you'll play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, facilitating efficient workflows and ensuring seamless communication both internally and to our valued clients. You'll be entrusted with high-level administrative tasks, project management, and strategic support to keep everything running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare high-quality presentations and documents.Project Management: Assist in coordinating initiatives and follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.Financial Management: Maintain the Xero based Accounting system which includes accounts payables, receivables, and reconciliations.Communication Hub: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, managing inquiries with professionalism and discretion.Strategic Input: Provide research, insights, and recommendations on trends or innovations that support our vision.Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues proactively, ensuring the Managing Director's time is maximised for strategic priorities.What You Bring:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a high-level administrative role, ideally as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position.Skills: Exceptional organisational skills and initiative, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Xero; Adobe Suite and project management experience is a plus.Personality: Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact at all levels.Confidentiality: Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
