As an Executive Assistant, you'll ensure our leaders can focus on their strategic priorities by managing their schedules, communications, and key tasks.
About the Role
In this dual-support role, 70% of your time will focus on assisting the Director of Operations, with the remaining 30% supporting the CEO. You'll play a critical role in managing priorities and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for both leaders.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
What You Bring
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
Commitment to kaupapa Maori values and cultural awareness.
The holder of a current unencumbered full drivers' licence.
